Refund policy

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your order - so please include a printed copy of your order confirmation in the package, with the returned items circled. Please mail your return items to Vasseur Skincare - ATTN: Returns Department, 1930 1st Ave., San Diego, CA, 92101 (Be advised we do not refund original shipping or return shipping fees)

Once the item is received, we will process the return and you will be notified via email. Please note that depending on your bank or card company, it may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for the reimbursement to appear on your card. Paypal orders are generally reimbursed fastest, whereas orders purchased with a debit card can take longer to process.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
